The Roar is an on-line student newspaper that gives interested students an opportunity to develop writing, photography, and graphic design skills through a sequence of Journalism classes (JRN 115, JRN 116, JRN 215, JRN 216).

Scholarship positions on The Roar are available through the student leader program.
